Kelly and Phyl repeatedly go beyond the call of duty on both ends of the buying and selling process. They make it a point to never leave you waiting for an answer to a question or issue (usually reacting in minutes !) And they do so cheerfully. When we did have a few issues with our purchase of a foreclosure, where the bank was the seller, they where able to get results that, I am sure, we could not have gotten without their help. For example, not only did the bank agree, after Kelly's prodding, to have a small termite problem repaired, but included a year of treatment in the mix. On the selling side, we were so pleased to sell our house in just a couple of weeks in this current market! We felt they were honest, extremely hardworking and very knowlegeable about real estate. Phyl and Kelly make an excellent team! They went above and beyond to offer the tools we needed to sell in a down market. They staged our home beautifully and worked very hard to attract buyers through multiple open houses and even a realtor brunch. The home warranty and scheduling office turned out to be wonderful services as well. We loved working with Kelly. Our first-born was only 3 months when we started looking for housing. She was very accommodating to our schedule and patient as our baby demanded our attention in the middle of home visitation. Kelly was always prepared with notes, lists, and pertinent info on each house. In fact, she always had cold water & treats in her car! When we urgently needed her help when she was out of town, her partner, Phyl, was willing to step in. We decided to build a home. Kelly was a great help. She is super thorough and very detailed oriented. She scanned each email, paper, contract and number sheet. She found the smallest mistakes (to our advantage) on multiple occasions and called them out before we even had the chance to complain. Finally, through her amazing bargaining skills, she saved us lots of thousands of dollars. We were surprised how she was able to get us price reductions. Because of her bargaining ability, we ended up with enough cash to hire a professional painter and install an irrigation system around our new home. Compared to previous realtors we hired in the past, we really sensed Kelly worked for us (as opposed to working for her commission). Ihave never experienced such great service from two individuals like I did from Phyl Salerno and Kelly Brais. These two ladies went above and beyond to make sure that my fiancé and I got the house we wanted. I really appreciate the extra work from staging the home to fixing the problems on the vacant property. Living out of state made this difficult for me to do. Both Kelly and Phyl were a phone call away & sent weekly updates on the local market. This was a tough market to sell a property, but it did sell and at a good market price.
